Message from North Kitsap School District:

Starting on Monday, May 7, all returning students in current grades K-11 need to be “Checked-in” for the 2018-19 school year - which will confirm your student’s continued enrollment.
The benefits of online Check-in Process are many. It streamlines the paperwork that would traditionally trickle back and forth in backpacks. For some students, the paperwork would be misplaced or lost.
While reducing the number of documents you must complete and providing accurate enrollment numbers is one advantage, there are several others:
  • Application is part of Family Access.
  • Provides accurate enrollment numbers prior to the start of school to reduce the possibility of having to add or drop teachers, which necessitates moving students to a new class after school has begun.
  • Parents verify and update student information one time.
  • All required forms are provided electronically.
  • Some schools may add optional forms used in their buildings.
  • Process can be completely done at home. 
  • Computers are available for families without a home computer.  
  • Note: Online check-in needs to be completed on a computer, NOT a mobile device or tablet.
